Due to the poor condition of the building it was necessary to reformulate the space to carry out cultural activities related to the performing arts. The intervention consisted of the recovery of the central aisle to extend the useful space available. An intervention in the facade, reinforcing the metal structure and replacing the translucent facing by transparent glass, provides natural light all day and  incorporates the street as a extension of the cultural centre.

This Design (and) Fiction teaching unit was managed by the Ecole supérieure d'art et de design TALM-Angers and the École de Design Nantes Atlantique. It allowed rich and varied interdisciplinary crossovers with the different approaches to design and the processes from publishing to industrialization, through different business components (scenography, graphics, space, interactivity, product, transport, etc.).

Glass bottles are one of the most recycled items on earth. “Still life” wants to do more and give a strong signal towards environmental issues. A wide project with a new design attitude to involve consumers and focus their attention on circular economy. It’s time to change and overcome our throwaway culture.
Let’s update our habits. Let’s update our empties. Sand not only gives rise but here also a new life to glass. Bottles still have life.

During the archaeological intervention in the completely buried remains of the Castle of Jorba the chapel enclosure and some very well-preserved sgraffito and bevels are discovered. The project proposes covering the chapel to prevent deterioration, allow future archaeological work & visiting. A landscape itinerary is generated recovering the original gateway and the upper terrace, a vantage point with views of the traces of the old thoroughfare that connected Barcelona with Lleida.

My proposal is a kiosk made out of reused plattenbau panels whose form is inspired by the weaving process of Annie Albers. The design aims to interlace the natural landscape with the built environment until they are both speaking the same language in an almost rhythmic composition mimicking the weaving process that unifies separate components. The project aims to improve our relationship with nature by bringing the community of Dessau, Germany closer to their natural surroundings. 

"School Yard in a Different Way" is a project designed to bring meaning into the school's outdoor space and to bring pupils outdoor in Nevarėnai village. The project aims to involve the school community (students and their parents, teachers) in the creation and maintenance of the school outdoor space, providing an opportunity to contribute directly with a help of professional architects and students of this field with realistic means that don’t require many material or human resources. 

At Made of Air, we are in business to reverse climate change. We take carbon dioxide from the air, permanently store in produced goods that replace fossil-based plastics or high emission materials. We harness the miracle of nature with technology and create a carbon-negative compound that is a mixture of biochar and bioplastics. These are sustainably sourced and utilize biomass waste which would otherwise re-release its temporarily stored CO₂ back into the atmosphere.

‘Green Hour’ aimed to promote an active ageing, by implementing regular nature-based activities, targeting the local community seniors, including vulnerable groups (> 65 years old and also those with reduced mobility, dementia, Alzheimer, impaired vision etc.). ‘Green Hour’ designed and developed tailor made activities, according to the specific needs of each sub-group and delineated according to the natural surrounding Natura 2000 context. 

Mina de la Ciutat is the peculiar main street of Roquetes, Barcelona’s suburb in Collserola hillside. This sloping social axis is crossed by secondary streets, with pendants over 20%. Its renovation aims to provide democratic accessibility, new vegetation and communal outdoor spaces with no gender discrimination from an aging in place position. This is done through a new system of stone pieces, both retention and urban furniture, pavement carpets, lighting and enhancing the existent green spaces
