Santa Clara building recovers and reprograms a preexistent 70’s office bank building in the core of Girona. It was crossed by an alley, part of the pedestrian public system, dark, neglected and insecure. The renovation of the building aims to recover this space for the citizens and provide democratic accessibility with no gender discrimination. This is done opening the fabric with two vitreous lanterns-courtyards, providing ventilation, light and the dwellings accesses in a new urban scenario.

Amber inspires! It recreates brand of Gdansk city again! It connects history with present, refreshes cooperation with countries of southern Baltic coast and the amber trade route. It enhances local craft and artistic identity and integrates international community of visitors inviting them into walls of the largest post-Teutonic mill adapted to museum’s needs in spirit of architectural recycling and zero waste philosophy. The neglected monument has once again become the pride of city and region

Fundão Migrations Center is a project that hosts refugees, international students, and seasonal foreign workers, helping 1062 migrants from more than 60 nationalities. The project consists of an innovative and multidimensional holistic approach in response to the sociodemographic challenge, aiming to foster migrant’s integration. The project methodology is based on 3 areas: Welcoming; Integration; and Community Life to achieve a multicultural, sustainable, inclusive, and diverse society.

De Korenbloem is an innovative housing project for vulnerable residents in Kortrijk, Belgium. This “care campus” is designed for people with early-onset dementia, stroke-related disabilities, and somatic symptom disorder. It combines residential buildings - two made for the project and two repurposed villas surrounded by parkland-, with a network of facilities, such as day-care and a neighbourhood services centre. The project aims to advance adapted, multifunctional and socially integrated care systems that reduce isolation.

This project is proposed as a new concept of the cultural center. Where the community, the natural and historical environment, in which they are located, and all the types of families and children are, for the first time, the driving force within the cultural institution. We work to build and give visibility to the new identities of the Valley, and we create in the resin mill a space where we break the usual molds to become promoters of the cultural offer of our environment.

Change happens where we live, therefore our furniture has to reflect what we need in order to keep us stimulated and organized. The Cabinet reflects reduction and simplicity. It needs less, but gives more. More time for what is important. 

It's shapes claim universality and embraces to be utilized in all environments. The Cabinet shares functions, which emphasize wellbeing. Through pure and natural materials it remembers us on what's real.

Casetta Rossa is a small space recovered in a public park, multiplier of dreams and projects for citizenship.

This is where inclusion and the search for a new model of sustainable development are practiced through concrete actions and sharing. 

TEVBB is an iconic exhibition in the form of a full-size house that is made entirely of biobased materials, circular methods and stories about the changing value system of which it is part. This house stimulates all your senses and shows you the circular future. TEVBB proves that sustainable innovation is already affordable, manageable and possible on a big scale. Together we advocate for serious upscaling and a thorough system change, because you build a whole world if you build biobased.

Siyâsa was an Al-Andalus town. A comprehensive act of musealization and enhancement has been carried out; covering the excavated área. The solution responds to a complicated topography by proposing a system of overlapping roofs that reinterpret the original terraced settlement in a staggered manner; In addition, it allows to maintain a constant dialogue with the environment. The patios are transferred to the ceilings through glazed skylights that emphasize the main idea of the Al-Andalus house.

Man's linear approach to plastic has resulted in a world of massive plastic pollution with devastating consequences for humans, the climate and our earth.  The project is about the contribution of creating a circular society where all materials are recycled and reused. Through a new methodology, we can change the consumer's approach to plastics, apply circular production methods in the furniture industry and educate the user about the potential for waste for reuse.
