This project aims to improve inclusion and sustainability of contemporary cities through innovative design strategies, by maintaining and transforming existing buildings in compliance with the principles of zero land consumption and zero carbon emissions. The case study of Corviale regeneration demonstrates that residential buildings conceived in the last century, resulted in great social exclusion and in condition of deprivation, can be transformed into sustainable, bright and inclusive spaces.

“Finding Bankya” is a transdisciplinary concept, incorporating historical, architectural, technological and artistic approaches for creation of inclusive urban and park environment, connected to the sense of belonging of the local community and reachable by everyone. The concept includes steps like interviews and sound recording of local people’s stories, video shoot of sights, bilingual subtitles, development of smart devices for external use and construction of Walk of artists.

DOM is to create a studio in a historical barn of Villa Arconati where digital art designers will work and exhibition areas to exhibit their work. This project, inspired by nature and created with the participation of nature itself in the design process, has made the interior space transparent and brought its users closer to nature. It obtained by making additions to the existing areas, and accessible, multi-purpose, functional and flexible spaces were created to emphasize the potential.

The aim is to include people with Alzheimer's desease in society, making this growing phenomenon known and coming into contact with it through universal languages such as beauty and art, which can be a link between two realities, breaking down the stigma.

'Faces of true Venice' is a dynamic identity system designed for the city of Venice with the goal to fight overtourism and to encourage the average tourist to adopt a more conscious and sustainable behavior. The identity system is based on Venice unique architecture: all the experiences that Venice has to offer to the tourist are paired to a part of the human face. The project explores different mediums: form the planning of the trip online to the communication scattered around the city.

The diploma thesis deals with current developments and trends in train station architecture. The work focuses on abandoned railway stations and their potential adaptation and development. The research of abandoned train stations was done on the borders of the Polish-Slovak Euroregion.

The main design intention was to create tourist and social spaces in order to promote the region, enrich the tourist infrastructure and generally improve the living conditions of local residents. The basic assumption was to design small, structures with specific functions assigned to them, which could be selected in a given place in accordance with the local needs and the characteristics of the landscape. Chosen structures could be then arranged in unique and useful public space composititions.

We want to show that you can be a trendsetter by doing the right thing and change the mindset of consumers.
We will produce our products in a closed loop recycling process and by that minimize the waist problem that the fashion industry has caused. Others waste will become a brand new piece for someone in need. We partner with textile sorters and homeless shelters to create a bridge between treating yourself and giving back to those in need at the same time and focus on creating awareness. 

This project focuses on the preservation of pre-existing hydraulic structures in the Minho region, currently in disuse or abandoned - circumstances that increase the risk of losing of this heritage. In the face of this, we propose a renewal of the sense of use of these hydraulic structures and associated spaces, thus investing in improving the quality of public spaces, valuing the local culture and the history of such places.

The idea was born as a result of the current situation in which many areas of the city lie: the city suburbs. In fact, we are faced with a territorial arrangement devoid of quality and lack of relationship with the surrounding context.
