“A playground for everyone” aims to tackle social dynamics that perpetuate unsustainable situations of inequality, by making a transformation from an abandoned plot to the school playground and converting this space into a driver for health, co-education and coexistence in the community.
Scholars and locals who suffer with mental health difficulties collectively constructed Zona Santiago, becoming, not only a school playground, but also a communal space for Cabanyal’s neighbourhood.

T.U is 3 years integrated initiative that aims to promote social growth and educational opportunities for girls /boys between 11-17 years old towards the engagement of educational communities of 6 neighborhoods of the city of Palermo (Sicily).The educational approach is based on culture and sport as key elements to foster youthful protagonism.Partnership between public,private and third sector is fundamental to realize and to value the heritage of this initiative towards policy making processes

The program dedicated to the public school's theme is creating a "common ground" between Public Administration and students in Architecture (Politecnico di Milano) with teachers and tutors. We are exploring innovative scenarios of the complex system of schools and educational spaces. The possibility of working in a coordinated way on 24 case studies agreed with the School Building Department of the Municipality of Milan constitutes an opportunity for a research by design applied to real cases.

#CUOREDINAPOLI is a relational and educational artistic project conceived by the School of New Technologies of the Art of the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, made up of about 150 students and 7 teachers who collaborate with each other in a horizontal and transversal way. It is a repeatable format that is consolidated in an action of co-planning with the inhabitants of the "periphery of meaning", neighborhoods in the center of the city, suffer from economic, social and cultural marginalization.

The overriding goal of the initiative is to educate the public and initiate changes on the construction market in Poland in the context of the use of ecological technologies designed in initiative. Those are a response to the challenges related to the formation of the industrial ecosystem based on a circular economy model, demographics and the development of an approach based on sustainable energy and resource management in construction, taking into account the entire life cycle of buildings.

Dare to be different is an innovative educational initiative implementing which we strove to encourage our student to think out of the box, to step in somebody else's shoes, to feel empathy and be tolerant. It can be a message to all the educators throughout Europe to dare to be different in their teaching but at the same to unite and collaborate in creating a beautiful and sustainable Europe of the future.

I think that we all have frail human qualities and wrong fixations, but by recognizing and then avoiding them and, of course, by applying appropriate risk management and trading strategy, we can achieve the set goal and profit.

Our project is using the "lotca" motif (Danube Delta archaic boat) for the revitalization of traditional boat construction crafting, in the context of a 3-week wooden boat construction workshop, during which children from local communities learn the value of local natural & cultural heritage elements, the importance of education and acquiring new skills, of collaboration, as well as of combining intangible heritage with contemporary tools & methods for the sustainable development of a community.

i-Vulcani are totemic micro-architectures, equipped with wheels, designed for children 3-8 years old. Developed on three vertical levels, with multiple worktops, integrated with different technologies that allow an immersive and perceptive learning experience. This tool is designed to develop ecological thinking and STEAM education. The Learning by languages team experimented with this tool with 200 children in 3 schools.

Place Out! European Dialogue-Building for increasing youth protagonism in non-urban areas aims at implementing generative Youth-led place-based policies for a sustainable regeneration of non-urban territories, by activating dialogue between young people and institutions at local and European level. Place Out! acts on local and European levels by addressing Youth Grassroots Organisations, Local Institutions and the Citizenship of non urban project territories in Spain, Greece, Italy and Bulgaria.
