The innovative character of this concept operates at the intersection of citizen empowerment and urban regeneration through democratizing the decision-making process. By developing an openly accessible database through the vast inputs of citizens on their respective urban environments allows for the systemization of urban regeneration in an equitable, sustainable and beautiful way. This ensures a truly co-creative process between a wide of city dwellers, experts, and makers on the regeneration of urban spaces. Moreover, it is an evolving knowledge base of challenges and opportunities that can be operationalized to better address the vulnerabilities of communities and their environments they inhabit. The innovation is within the people, empowers citizens to make a change in their own hands, and dictates their futures.

The economic objectives of sustainability aim to firstly increase the financial viability of urban regeneration from city makers and decision-makers because the use of the proposed tool ensures the highest impact by directly understanding the highest risk areas in a given urban environment. Thus, financial investments can be made with increased impact due to their level of certainty in how impactful interventions can be.
This concept aims to ensure socio-ecological sustainable objectives are met through strengthening communities with their natural environments by empowering them to contribute to the regeneration of their urban spaces. This aims to also promote a symbiosis through social cohesion and ecological prosperity toward active community agents who become stewards of their surrounding natural and built environments
Key objectives for aesthetics and quality
The combined aesthetic and experiential objectives of this project are driven by the idea that the community members can actively contribute to beautifying their urban environment. The tool would also provide an opportunity to leverage the ability of designers and artists to make our spaces beautiful with the newly obtained ability to ensure maximum impact across communities. This aspect of combined beauty of function and aesthetics is achieved through the increased dialogue between users and makers of spaces in which could ensure the highest impact.

Inclusion is core to the success of this concept. The tools enable citizen empowerment at new heights to which catalyzes co-creation processes between citizens, decision-makers, and designers. This tool aims to democratize the regeneration of urban spaces and ensures citizens are active agents of change concerning future regenerative urban transformation.
