How Citizens benefit
The area of the old municipal slaughterhouse has been neglected since the nineties. This area is separated from the city by a high wall and cuts the city into two parts. Residents await rescue for the buildings of the old slaughterhouse. Over the years, bureaucracy and the lack of financing for historic buildings have led to devastation. The new feature of restoring the city's territory will give this district a new chance.
Innovative character
Contrary to appearances, restoring the utility functions of old buildings is innovative. The use of an old ruined structure is ecological. Restoring dignity to a place that used to be beautiful is also innovative
