Sustainability and green business today is extremely important given the emergence of climate and other negative changes on Earth. Through the study of Sustainable Development Management Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management prepare students for sustainability in business. Analogously, the desire is to make the Faculty sustainable and Eco friendly towards nature through a series of activities that will contribute to the ecological development of the Faculty.

Summary
Through a number of activities that are planned to be implemented in the sustainability project of the Faculty, efforts will be made to reduce the use of detergents and soaps in the production of which chemical substances were used and to turn to those made from natural means. Then improve energy efficiency, reduce water consumption and paper use. The goal of the project is, in addition to the sustainable business of the Faculty, to become an example to the wider community in order to encourage it to care for the environment and coexist with nature. Also, through the project, the aim is to contribute to the fact that the Faculty can become a representative and exemplary example of sustainable business. The aim is that with the help of very simple activities it is possible to easily encourage business in accordance with the environment, which will also be promoted by students, faculty staff, but also external associates and guest lecturers who will be able to give their presentations outside the building or in the yard. The yard as such, intended for lectures, will be arranged in such a way that smart benches rechargeable to solar light and with Wi-Fi connection will be installed. To make your stay in the garden even more pleasant, planting flowers and greenery is also planned. This project aims to emphasize the importance of implementing sustainable development in both the private and public sectors, but also in many tourist destinations in order to become even more interesting to potential and future guests.
Key objectives for sustainability
In the foreground is the implementation of renewable energy sources and improving energy efficiency by purchasing A-category appliances, renovating the facade of the old building and installing new carpentry. Renewable energy sources will be implemented by installing solar panels whose energy will be used to power computers, by installing Pavegen kinetic energy tiles, which will not be lacking given the large number of students who gravitate around the Faculty every day. Placing low-power light bulbs and lights on the sensor will reduce the use of electricity, the consumption of which will be reduced by using cards. The construction of a rainwater tank will reduce the use of water from the city water supply that would be used for the needs of the toilet or kitchen, and the next step is to install a purifier so that the water is correct for direct consumption. With the help of sensor-operated taps, it is possible to control water consumption. By creating a composter in which food from the canteen will be stored, a natural fertilizer will be obtained which will be used in landscaping. In the maintenance of the Faculty premises, products on a natural basis will be used, which will be procured from local producers, as well as groceries for the needs of the canteen. Paving the paved part around the building. Purchasing ELFIN BOOK notebooks that provide the ability to scan pages and delete them will reduce paper consumption, and the paper used to a minimum. The installation of smart benches around the faculty will enable students to use energy carelessly during research and a smartwatch on which the time and schedule of lectures will be shown. Some of the goals will be implemented in collaboration with other components of the University as well as the organization of workshops for local people to make them aware of the importance of the impact of sustainable development.
Key objectives for aesthetics and quality
Sustainable development and aesthetics, although at first glance they do not go together and have a connection. As already mentioned above, sustainability, when it comes to aesthetics, can be used by planting seedlings in the environment that will be grown with the help of fertilizers obtained naturally. Also, by installing Pavegen tiles, the exterior design can be made more interesting, as well as by installing smart benches that give the environment a touch of modernism. By writing the application, we gain experience in writing them, implementing sustainable development in business, but also communicating with others and the habit of teamwork.
Key objectives for inclusion
Our ideas will be implemented using other components of the University that we will include in a way that each of the components will help in a particular idea for which it is most suitable. Other students and teaching and non-teaching staff will be educated about sustainability and the implementation of certain activities. Some of the activities will be filled with interaction with local producers, and various workshops on sustainability will be held for the community, especially landlords.
Innovative character
The innovative character of the project is manifested in a new way of controlling water and paper consumption, which will be minimized by activities. The project plans to implement renewable energy sources in the form of solar panels for collecting energy with the help of the sun, then a smartwatch with a solar panel that would charge itself, and one shows the time and schedule of lectures. Among the innovations are also planned the introduction of faucets with a sensor, Pavegen tiles that will convert kinetic energy into electricity, installation of composters, etc. Various workshops will be organized for local people to raise awareness of the necessary implementation of the concept of sustainable development. The main innovative character of the project is actually to make one educational constitutional sustainable and in harmony with nature to be an example to all.
