Urban transportation needs are changing as density increases and traditional vehicles subsequently become obsolete, which is pushing for more compact solutions like the Unicorn Scooter. The unit will deliver a range of 80km thanks to the integrated battery pack that can be easily removed and charged via the magnetic charging system. Unicorn can also be used for carrying cargo or a second rider to make it a multifunctional solution for urban consumers to integrate into their lifestyle.

Summary
We have a huge problem. Our cities are way too crowded. It takes too much time to move even the shortest of distances. We pollute our own home and feel miserable every single day. To fix that there is the only way – to create a general shift in the way we move around. We decided not only to talk about it but to put our words into serious action. Therefore, we started from the short, (up to 1 km length trips), that mostly happens in the old town and between business centers – too long for walking but too short for a car ride. We have recreated something everyone already knows – a kick scooter. We made it electric and designed it exceptionally for sharing!
Key objectives for sustainability
Our mission with the Unicorn Scooters is to make a radical change to the ridiculous amount of urban pollution, traffic jams, and the old-school approach towards mobility in the cities by offering a 100% electric vehicle that is safe, fun, and easy to ride. We want to be a part of changes in urban mobility and contribute massively to them. Unicorn scooter is robust, durable, powerful, sustainable, has a swappable battery, just the right functionality, and is easy to use. Our scooters are the perfect first/last-mile solution that helps commuters to navigate around the city in a quick and sustainable way. Unicorn Scooters, also, can be used for business purposes, e.g. for moving inside factories, airports. Scooters for sharing today last an average of 29 days. Therefore, these scooters are part of the problem rather than a solution. Unicorn scooter has a lifespan of 5 months used in very heavy conditions.
Key objectives for aesthetics and quality
What we were aiming for was to create an e-scooter with a functional and smart design. The signature step distinguishes Unicorn from the others and also serves as a platform for the grocery bag, cargo, or even a kid. Therefore, with the Unicorn additional business propositions appear, especially for parcel or food delivery companies. Unicorn scooters might be used instead of the vans in the narrow streets. Also, swappable battery, which is one of the main advantages of the Unicorn Scooter, plays a very important role here. It has a range of 80 km and it’s 2-3 times more compared with the competitors.
Key objectives for inclusion
The sustainable mobility transition is a very complex challenge to tackle. It requires lots of cooperation between governmental institutions, legislators, customers, and businesses. Therefore, we are actively participating in various discussions, in order to educate the users and try to achieve net-zero until 2030.
Moreover, it’s extremely important to keep the whole manufacturing process with the utmost sustainability. That’s our core goal in manufacturing strategy. Producers play an important role in helping us to reduce the impact as much as possible. Therefore, choosing partners is one of the greatest obstacles for us. In order to make the whole process as sustainable as possible we are going to produce the scooters accordingly to the market they will be sold. For the clients in Europe, we will be producing in Europe, for clients in Asia – in Asia, etc. This way we will ensure maximum efficiency of the supply chain.
How Citizens benefit
We make it easier to commute not only to one person but also someone with children, a heavy groceries bag, or a package. It can be useful to food and parcel delivery companies, with our scooters floating in the city, anyone can work in these fields without renting or having a car.

BIGGEST BATTERY RANGE IN THE MARKET. It has a range of 80 km. And it’s 2-3 times more compared with the competitors in the market.
SWAPPABLE BATTERY. It is an exceptional solution that very few manufacturers have. It makes sense from a business point of view because there’s no need to collect all the scooters from the streets for recharging – instead, the batteries can be easily swapped.
LONGER LIFESPAN. It is reported that scooters for sharing used today last an average of 29 days. Unicorn scooter has a lifespan of 5 months.
TECHNOLOGICALLY SMART. Unicorn scooter is equipped with an IoT device that tracks the data that can be used for improving the hardware and also the quality of scooter sharing service. ESC will be gathering all kinds of data about the roads, drivers, distances, speed, traffic, etc. Unicorn scooters are equipped with tilt sensors that alert us when one has tipped over. The alert system allows us to respond to tipped-over Unicorns to assure they are not blocking sidewalks, access ramps, driveways, doorways, etc. In the nearest future scooters are planned to be equipped with cameras for data collection.
POWERFUL MOTOR. From now on, you won’t need to worry when riding your scooter up a hill. It is so powerful that it can support two people riding on it.
