We make facade-panels from "waste-wood" in a collaboration with recycling stations and municipalities. At the same time we create CSR-jobs by providing a safe productionline that can be maintained by citizens outside the jobmarket.
By upcyling and refining waste-wood we are giving new life to waste-wood.
In Denmark 283.000 tonnes of wood - that we are able to recycle - are being thrown out every year. That amount equals 283.000 tonnes CO2 that we can save and storage.

Summary

Key objectives for sustainability
By recycling one ton of wood we save one ton of Co2. It is sustainable both socially, environmentally and economically.

We create beautyfull facade panels made from waste wood. Standardized facade panels that can be implemented directly into the building industry.
Key objectives for inclusion
We have allready created several CSR-jobs, by creating productionlines that can be taken care of by people that are normally not able to maintain a job within the "normal" jobmarket. We are planning to implement a feature where each worker will put there initials on the facadepanels that they produce, so that they can always claim that they made this product. This is a feature that is normally used within the field of high-end products. We care about our workers as the same way we care about our products.
Results in relation to category
We have allready shipped several facade panels, and have a strong relationship with architects and designers, that care about the environment. Amongst our previous collaborator are BIG- Bjarke Ingels Group, and other highly profiled architectural companies.
How Citizens benefit
Sustainability is an inevitable parameter in the building industry. We have a product that actually works. A product that saves Co2 by giving new life to wood that would have been thrown away. We can match prices of regular "new wood", and we experience a high demand for our product.
Innovative character
Our innovation lies in common sence of not throwing out wood when it is perfectly able to beeing reused! It is so simple and yet so innovative because we have standardized the measurements of our facade panels, so it meets the requirements from the building industry.
