Community Garden is THE place for authentic interaction in the urban space.
Community Garden is at the same time an urban garden enjoying the benefits of self sustainability and a place for social interaction, high quality debates, exchange of ideas and learning.
The space offers a non-partisan safe space for high quality dialogues and socializing wit all the types of members of our city's community.
Community Garden is both urban gardening and community in one.

Description of the project
Summary
We aim to tackle the lack of connectedness of local actors by facilitating high quality debates, learning events and community-building.
Our main audience are the young students and community leaders.
We aim to create community exposure to diverse views and engagement in dialogue on social, political, economic and environmental issues, inviting topic experts to train and inspire, public communication, community social, civic engagement campaigns and events.
We aim to be leading different civic actions, helping the public tackle certain issues with the information and knowledge gathered from these networks.
There will be educational weeks in which we would tackle how various institutions work, while also bringing in people from these domains to answer questions from the general public.
The events will be filmed, edited and then posted on social platforms so the people within the community that were not there would also learn from the discussions.
Key objectives for sustainability
Our first intended result shall be the physical space (the garden where people will be able to meet)
The first goal of the sustainabiity of the place will be dealt with via the involvement of local actors interested in sustainability, potential parteners and our team's volunteers. We will continuously bring people into our space, we will always focus on gather the expert's opinion and we will count on the involvement of our community. The sustainability of the space will be achieved by selling beverages within the space.
Key objectives for aesthetics and quality
We wish to create a safe space for casual conversation, a place where people of all types come to have a conversation and debate.
The hub ought to create a vibe of relaxation within the urban space, a cozy space that enriches the sensations, the creativity and creates an overall atmosphere of community and belonging.
Key objectives for inclusion
The second goal of the community garden will be the cohesion within and across community groups in Timisoara, and the ability of as many people as possible to engage in debate and higher level conversations the norm.
The second goal, that of community cohision will be achieved by creating documentation for how events should happen, generating a culture of high quality debate and creating the space for the community to get actively involved, while facilitating high quality speakers from diffrent countries, experts from diffrent domains and an active involvement of lesser involved citizens.
Innovative character
The innovation character of the idea is based in the fact that we combine the sustainability element, the garden that is supposed to be an urban green space with the high quality debate and dialogue hub, which is supposed to create an attraction point within the city for enthusiastic and innovative ideas.
