Methodology used
Our project is centered around two pillars: co-creation and iterative prototyping.
Co-creation: We believe that a successful cultural event is one where every participant becomes an active contributor to its creation. Our festival is a dynamic platform where international participants offer diverse tools and fresh perspectives, while local contributors provide invaluable insights into traditions and the region's rich resources. This balanced exchange ensures that the festival becomes a true reflection of the collective creativity of its participants.
Iterative prototyping: We understand that maintaining a thriving dialogue requires that the festival acts as the initial spark that ignites and cultivates ongoing interactions. As the festival evolves and transforms, it mirrors the ever-changing dynamics of the community and embodies our commitment to ongoing dialogue and cultural exchange.
We operationalise these pillars through a 5 steps methodology encompassing:
Community-Centric Approach: Active engagement of local residents in decision-making processes is a fundamental principle. Their insights shape the festival's themes, events, and overall direction, ensuring alignment with community values and traditions.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Talents from various disciplines collaborate creating a multifaceted experience. Cultural elements seamlessly blend with environmental initiatives and artistic performances, enriching the festival's overall ambiance.
Inclusivity and Accessibility: The festival embraces inclusive design principles, ensuring facilities cater to attendees of all abilities.
Sustainability Integration: By collaborating with local farmers the festival becomes a platform for environmental education, raising awareness about sustainable practices.
Global Cultural Exchange: Global talents bring diverse perspectives, enriching the festival's artistic content and promoting cultural understanding.

How stakeholders are engaged
Earlier this year, we hosted an "edition zero" of the festival, a collaborative effort involving diverse stakeholders who contributed to shaping the initial concept and endorsing the festival's future through their resources and expertise (Letters of Intent in the appendix).
Local partners:
The Carezzano municipality, through its events department, enthusiastically supports the event organization by providing logistical assistance and fostering engagement with the local community.
La Morella who hosted international guests during the “edition zero”, will lend its expertise in natural winemaking and offer resources from its premises.
La Campeggia (camping owners) will provide accommodation and ancillary activities for international guests during the period of the event.
The local cultural association, Terra Nuda, expressed interest in facilitating access to local art and crafts professionals and their expertise.
Regional Collaborators:
Derthona Giovani, a network of young entrepreneurs active in the region is ensuring us privileged access to the business ecosystem, offering promotion and valuable insights into local sustainable practices.
National/International collaborators:
A selected group of young internationals participated in the “edition zero”, offering insights into the creative potential and logistical challenges associated with the event.
The ERASMUS+ backed association La Fenice through some of its volunteers will contribute with its expertise in organizing intercultural events within the local community.
The international platform for innovative artistic expressions, Clhub.art, collaborates in shaping the art direction and provides access to an international pool of talents.
Our continuous dialogue with these stakeholders positions Vinili Naturali as a mediator and curator, ensuring representation and relevance of the overall festival experience.
