The fifth edition of the New European Bauhaus (NEB) Prizes supported the EU’s efforts to improve housing affordability by recognising four outstanding NEB Affordable Housing projects delivering sustainable, inclusive, beautiful, and affordable housing in line with NEB values and principles.

The 2025 edition attracted more than 700 applications, with 44 finalists from the EU, the Western Balkans, and Ukraine. In total, 22 exemplary projects and ideas were awarded across the four established categories. You can rewatch the ceremony here and explore the winners and finalists below.
