Summary
"Architecture of Consequence proves that any notion that architecture should be an "expression of its time," or should do no more than express the vanity of its commissioners, pales into insignificance when compared to its tremendous potential for resolving urgent societal problems".

How Citizens benefit
A follow up exhibition to "Architecture of Consequence", titled "The Consequences of Architecture", voicing the immediate experiences of citizens, using projects in the spirit of the projects, assessing real results of architectural good intentions.
Innovative character
A fundamental shift from a artistic and disciplinary discourse towards a problem- and challenge oriented design practice, starting with the need of society rather than the motivations of a designer. In 2008 this was an angle still widely rejected in architecture, being constructed around the reputations of "masters".
