We are redeveloping the heart of Campogalliano, transforming forgotten areas into public spaces
for everyone: from Parco della Bilancia, a green oasis for young and old, to the new Senior Center, a
place for meeting and socializing. New housing for vulnerable people and an eye to the future with
energy-efficient buildings. A more connected, sustainable, and welcoming town thanks to gentle
mobility, more nature and culture in the city.

This property dates back to the beginning of the century XX. Was the subject of a renovation carried out in the 80s/90s and was used as the headquarters of Neighborhood Associations. However, the building has a series of important deficiencies both in its distribution and distribution of spaces, and (most importantly) in structural and basic aspects such as accessibility, thermal insulation, ... which is why it is currently unused. The reconversion of a factory building into a social container comes exactly 100 years after its construction in 1925, preserving the essence of the site´s industrial past and promoting its transformation as a social cultural and economic driver. The initiative stands as an inspiring model, incorporating sustainable and harmonious solutions, its design prioritizes energy efficiency, universal accessibility, and beauty while ensuring safety, comfort, and a strong connection with the environment.

The project is a revitalization of the town center with an urban, communicative, inclusive and ecological marketplace with many functions. This is intended to increase both the quality of stay, the quality of life and the attractiveness of the town centre and the citizens. A very broad participatory approach was particularly important and broad citizen participation took place. The project is in the final planning phase and finds broad political and public consensus.

Revitalizing the Heart of Staszów – The Historic Old Town Center for a Sustainable Future.
Our initiative breathes new life into Staszów’s Market Square and Town Hall, transforming them into a vibrant, inclusive, and eco-friendly space. While preserving heritage, we integrate modern, sustainable solutions to create a beautiful and functional place for the community and visitors.
We are shaping an aesthetic, sustainable, and welcoming space where history meets contemporary needs.

This includes the Grainet brass band, the Fürholz Fire Department, the Motorcycle Club, the Maltese Group and the Catholic Rural Youth. Each club has its own retreat, but at the same time the clubs can hang out in the common room or in the communal kitchen and exchange topics.

Miallet, located in the Périgord-Limousin Nature Park, is currently experiencing a demographic revival. This innovative initiative aims at creating a block of intergenerational shared housing right in the heart of the village. Architecturally, it will be based on rehabilitation and demolition/re-construction of existing buildings and almost limited new construction. A shared life project decided by the residents will be carried out in synergy with the other inhabitants andlocal associations.

A chapel that had fallen into disuse on the Larzac plateau (southern France) has been brought back to life by being transformed into a gîte for the many walkers on the Chemin de Saint Guilhem. The place, the building and the landscape have regained their power to deliver rest and serenity to all these walkers.
And the chapel, preserved and embellished, has regained its role for the residents and the municipality.

The Greener Center project aims to transform Orsa’s central square by introducing sustainable and green solutions. The redesign will close off a road to traffic, improving safety and pedestrian access. The project adds greenery, trees, and biodiversity, creating a welcoming, eco-friendly space. By preserving its architectural heritage while integrating modern, eco-friendly solutions, the project creates an accessible meeting place for all. Blending tradition with innovation, the theater will become a dynamic hub for culture, community, and creativity—shaping the future while honoring the past.
