A reinterpretation of a infrastructural necessity into a inclusive public amenity. This temporary intervention transforms the rooftop of a carpark in the city center of Heerlen, into a green recreational area that welcomes and encourages the re-appropriation of the space by local citizens. The design aims to be an example to create new spaces of connection and regeneration in our cities, redefining our relationship with nature and transforming the built environment into a responsive ecosystem.

The REMEDSPACE project is based in the Citadelle of Marseille, a heritage classified monument built in 1664 above the Old Harbour in the city center.
The project’s ambition was to consider soil pollution in its green spaces supposed to be open to the public as an opportunity to inform and support the citizens, the professionals, and the public entities about nature-based solutions (NBS), with academic, participative and artistic approaches.

During a single weekend, the 48h Open House BCN Festival mobilizes more than 75,000 people who have the opportunity to learn what goes on behind the facades of the city's buildings. It's not just about opening doors, it's the opportunity to teach how architecture is developed and to enjoy the city in an original way.

The Museum of Contemporary Art “Constantin Xenakis” showcases Serres as an important cultural center with international range. At the core of this center is the excellent collection of the Greek artist Constantin Xenakis, who donated works to the Municipality of Serres, envisioning the creation of a unique Museum in our city. A vision that became a reality after systematic and long-term efforts, with the cooperation of Municipality of Petrich and EU funding.

PLUMA is a new collection of slim, 100% circular wall covering panels with sound-absorbing properties. They are designed to give an innovative and natural look to all spaces. They are made from soft, foam-like mycelium materials and of upcycled textile residues.
Thanks to the unique technology, mogu panels represent today the most sustainable solution dedicated to interior spaces.

The Starry Sky Pavilion is a micro community that can accommodate up to 6 women in situations of extreme vulnerability who need a period of assistance and help at 360 degrees. The Pavilion offers the possibility of having a single room with all the necessary services to "feel at home" and to sharing common spaces – such as the kitchen – with people in the same situation.

The Green Patrol is the voice of citizens, from local communities, who are fighting for environmental protection. It has been filmed since 2010, based on reports sent by CSOs, environmental activists and citizens about environmental threats in local communities. In order to solve or prevent environmental problems, it is necessary to make the problems visible through the media. The aim of the project is to make the problem visible in order to put pressure on decision makers.

WASTE LESS FUTURE. While every garment causes around 20% of loss in resources, we reduce this wasteful production technique to less than 1% within our entire fashion collection by creating innovativ zero-waste patterns. This is only one of the many reasons why we disrupt fashion with our holistic collection, which is unapologetic when it comes to sustainability. Our entire company is build on the strong believe, that we have to lead to a post-capitalist future by example.

Involving neighbors, citizens, tourists, artlovers and an international network of designers, craftspeople, artists and thinkers in discussing, reflecting on and promoting values of sustainability through art, invading the historic city center of Barcelona with a cultural circuit of exhibitions in emblematic spaces, urban art and interventions, actions and performances in public spaces, creating a dialogue with the rich historic and architectonic heritage of the old city and contemporary art.

The project aims to deepen knowledge and disclose the natural heritage of the Azores by building an herbarium with the local community. Participants are involved in naturalistic observation, drawing and field work, promoting a reconnection with nature through this process. In this way, they can establish an emotional relationship with the territory linked to their life experiences. This results in an acknowledgment of our interdependence with the natural world allowing the adoption of new habits
