Description of the project

Summary

Architectural solution it has been processed with the requirements of a building of this level, giving us a dignified view of the object both in the form of a nucleus or section, as well as in the continuous phases of the entire block in relation to its position with the main roads. Regulates in a fluid and functional way the way of movement and their duplication.

The choice of Alpine style villas gives character and an added value to the city

of Puke. The character of this residential block increases the architectural values of the area and does not damage the silhouette of the city due to the low building height of 8.5 m max.

Key objectives for sustainability

It is architecturally resolved as an attached villa-type residential object, with relaxation environments, ecological yards, and very usable.

Key objectives for aesthetics and quality

The use of such a typology is the fruit of a new spirit of construction by the National Housing Authority, moving from typologies of collective apartments to attached villas. This spirit of constructionit will also differentiate the mentality for the layers in need.

Key objectives for inclusion

The windows solve the problem of natural ventilation and the refraction of light in the specific function of this object. The residential windows are made of duralumin, double glass. The exterior doors are duralumin filled with duralumin elements. The interior doors are made of wooden elements, colored as desired, while the doors of the bathrooms are made of duralumin with duralumin filling.

facades, due to the position of the object as a new neighborhood for the city of Puke, it is necessary to create a new identity, always in harmony with nature, the apartment must be designed with energy efficiency and for this reason all care has been taken in the way of sustainable materials and structural solutions. Why has Energy Efficiency become a priority?
The demand for energy and its price are constantly increasing, while the global energy resources are reduced.

Significant reduction of energy consumption and climatic comfort in buildings are the most important factors that influence the adoption of measures.

Protecting the environment, reducing energy consumption, i.e. "doing more with less" directly affects the drastic reduction of CO emissions.₂ ne atmosfere

8
In Albania, more than 60% of energy is used by family consumers, most of which goes to heating and cooling residential premises.

According to European directive 2012/27 EU, new measures must be taken for energy efficiency and reduction of consumption and reduction of thermal losses.

The energy certificate of the building will soon be a valid document for the real estate market in Albania, as in all the countries of the European Union.

Innovative character

Construction in the city of Puke requires us
especially the use of materials which reduce thematic permissibility. by
being a mountainous country with an average height
of 787 m above sea level, and more rainfall
like snow but also rain (on average approx 2000 ml per year) we are dealing with a climate
continental. From chart I of the data climatic conditions for Puke we see that temperatures are very low in winter
(absolute minimum -17.82 degrees C) but also in summer their maximum value is small
(July average 20 degrees C) us
compared to the western part of the country. This means that the thermal efficiency will be
focused for the winter part due to thermal losses
they are bigger and the consumption is higher
large, therefore the apartment requires a lot energy to maintain constant temperature
vital. Whereas the summer, since it is fresh, is also solved with the
natural ventilation of the environment without the need to use cooling equipment.

Global challenges

More than 75% of thermal losses in buildings occurs through walls (35%), floors (25%) and foundations (15%). THE MOST EFFECTIVE, SIMPLE AND ECONOMICAL SOLUTION IS THE USE OF MATERIALS WITH A HIGH THERMAL COEFFICIENT.
The use of these materials is profitable because it enables energy consumption for heating and cooling to reach ≤50kWh/m² per year, while maintaining the appropriate standards. This enables the reduction of CO emissions₂ for energyproduction. It is estimated that for 1 kwh produced in thermal power plants (with fossil materials), about 600 grams of CO are emitted.₂

Learning transferred to other parties

The walls are meant to be treated with AAC silicate brick blocks. The use of silicate bricks with dimensions of 30*50*25 cm for the perimeter walls and 25*50*25 cm for the partition walls between residential units significantly increases thermal losses. Also, the columns are 25*40 cm. The outer part of 5 cm will be covered with these bricks, thus eliminating the creation of thermal bridges.
