OPEN OFFICE - TECHNOLOGICAL AND RURAL ENVIRONMENT PROTOTYPE

Category

Prioritising the places and people that need it the most

Project Description

Nowadays, most of us carry out our work in big cities. As a consequence, many male and female workers do not live, think, and develop their creativity with an optimal efficiency that reverts to their health and happiness.

Open Office reconnects the urban and rural environment, allowing, with a minimum impact on the Nature, decentralize companies and reconnect their employees with our origins, thus avoiding the rural exodus.

Summary

OPPEN OFFICE

TECHNOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT FOR APPLICATION IN THE RURAL WORLD

Despite the current technological advances, knowledge and information, there was still no technical response that would allow the construction of sustainable, inclusive architectural elements that will be related to the environment generating an impact close to zero.

Open Office is composed of elements that generate enough energy to be autonomous and cause a neutral connection between the interior and exterior, thus breaking the traditional barriers of concrete and cement.

Open Office is the new multifunctional space that clearly integrates people with or without disabilities, establishing mechanisms that improve access to spaces and does not generate the creation and distinction by groups, optimizing the relationship of the individual with the group, their working time and the natural environment.

The prototype is based on a mobile structure that can be permanent or temporary, in which the maximum sustainability measures have been applied and which provide the increase in performance and encourage creativity.

This prototype aims to create a new generation of entrepreneurs aware of the importance of preserving space, the environment and an identity. Ours.

Windows that no longer exist and become fabrics of warm texture and according to their thickness, isolate from the outside without losing their transparency and strength.

Walls that disappear and in their place, elements capable of generating energy from our main source, the sun emerge.

A modular system, which can be grouped into colonies, lightweight and fast-building, with minimal impact on the environment.Based on strategies and bioclimatic technologies of low consumption and high energy efficiency designed to generate environments with a high degree of well-being, flexible and adaptable to all types of users and functions.

Key objectives for sustainability

Open Office was born with the purpose that large and small companies can relocate and implement their offices in the rural world.

This relocation will allow its employees to return to the rural areas of Spain, or any other country, with the intention of returning to their origins and reconnecting with nature, gaining in quality of life, health, and work-life balance. It reduces stress, long journeys to the workplace and significantly improves work-life balance.

High energy efficiency and sustainability are achieved by applying High Technology Systems.

  • INTELLIGENT BIOCLIMATIC ENVELOPE.- Conceived as an intelligent skin that adapts to the external climatic conditions, so that the interior is always at an optimal temperature for the development of the work.
  • AEROTHERMAL AIR CONDITIONING.- Implementation of High Performance Aerothermal System.
  • PHOTOVOLTAIC GENERATORS.- Through BIPV systems with a performance of 80W/m2
  • WIND GENERATORS.- 3 vertical magnetic levitation generators at the top of the "Totem" will provide a power of 6 Kw/h.
  • WASTE TREATMENT.- A module is installed with an autonomous waste filtering and treatment system for sewage that allows its recycling as irrigation water. Solid waste is removed every three months.
  • WATER SUPPLY.- Possibility of autonomous operation through storage tank and collection of rainwater. You can also connect to the conventional network if available.
  • DYNAMIC LIGHTING.- The membrane of the envelope is perfectly adjustable to provide the correct natural lighting inside the module. Attending to the circadian rhythms of the human being, the luminaires will be of low consumption type led with temperatures between 2700 and 3000k

Key objectives for aesthetics and quality

The main objective of Open Office is to avoid the Rural Exodus and reverse the constant flow that has been taking place for decades and that forces people to flee from the rural environment to the big cities in search of job opportunities.

This reversal will be carried out by relocating all kinds of companies to the rural world.

It is evident that the human being develops his skills better in environments that provide peace and tranquility and natural environments favor creativity and exponentially increase productivity.

Open Office is an exemplary idea because it brings the human being closer to his origins, facilitates the performance of his work in a healthy environment with a minimum impact on the nature.

Open Office is a never before developed project , modern, inclusive and with state-of-the-art materials and high technology.

In addition, it allows the demographic and business recovery of the rural world.

Key objectives for inclusion

In general terms, the implementation of Open Office in rural areas will allow workers to develop their work optimally in a natural environment and open to all in equal opportunities.

Due also to the notable differences in the cost of living compared to that of the city, it will allow a greater development of rural areas by allowing workers to buy housing, shopping basket, or general services at a much more affordable price than in urban areas, also avoiding unnecessary displacements and in many cases, depending on the location of the module, forget about motor vehicles, being able to walk or bike to the workplace, also helping to work-life balance.

Physical or other transformations

It refers to a physical transformation of the built environment (hard investment)

Innovative character

  1. ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY.- Maximum use of space and minimum environmental impact in the areas of implementation. Autonomous power generation and low-consumption air conditioning and lighting systems. Recycling of waste and rainwater.
  2. AESTHETICS AND QUALITY.- State-of-the-art materials for an avant-garde design never seen before with low impact on nature.
  3. INCLUSIVITY.- It allows equality in work and opportunities for people in the city and the countryside, providing them with a substantial improvement in their quality of life, use of time and in turn allows municipalities and autonomous communities to repopulate and economically boost depopulated areas.
